Clubs and coordinators should not be emailing Swim England Membership to ask them to add qualifications for people who have completed their theory training online. All online training, and the completion of the subsequent practical training, is to be recorded by adding a copy of the certificate via www.swimmingresults.org under the relevant option and date. Additionally, emailing Membership will cause particular issues for Judge 1 candidates – if their theory certificate is not correctly uploaded then they will not receive a training log book, and if their practical competence is not correctly recorded then they will not receive their licence.
