Regional Development Programme Coach and Team Manager Applications are now Open!

We are looking to recruit the following roles on our upcoming 2022/23 Regional Development Programme for Swimming.

• Head Coach 
• Skills Coaches x 8 
• Lead Team Manager 
• Assistant Team Manager 

The Regional Development Programme (previously called the Pathway Programme) is set to return this September with a busy schedule for 12 months, 

We are looking to recruit the above roles to deliver our programme which included two face to face camps at Millfield School and an online delivery session via Zoom. 

The camps will be aimed at 12yr old able bodied and para swimmers who will be selected from Rankings, age as at 31.12.2022.

We are looking for Coaches and Team Managers who have delivered at County Level previously and have expreience within the Pathway programme.
