Financial Sustainability Workshop

Swim England South West will be hosting a Financial Sustainability Workshop in partnership with Sport England Club Matters .

This workshop is aimed at Club Chairs and Treasurers and will take place online on Wednesday 8th June at 19.00pm .

The workshop will help clubs : 

• Understand the importance of financial sustainability
• Understand the principles of good financial management to aid financial sustainability
• Gain an understanding of different income generating models for clubs
• Establish SMART financial objectives linked to what your club wants to achieve
