🏊 Regional Development Programme for 14–16 Year Olds

The Region is excited to announce a new Development Programme for swimmers aged 14–16, delivered in association with AP Race. This programme was initially filled on a selection basis, but we are now pleased to offer limited additional spaces to other eligible swimmers within the Region.

SESW Young Volunteer Programme 2025-2026

The Region is launching its Young Volunteer Programme for 14–18 year olds (all disciplines). Running October 2025 – July 2026, it offers athletes the chance to complete 25 hours of volunteering through workshops, projects, and club/regional opportunities.
SESW Youth Panel

We’re looking for passionate young people to join the SESW Youth Advisory Panel – a voluntary role where you’ll represent the voices of athletes and volunteers in aquatics across the region. The panel also links directly with the National SE Youth Advisory Panel.
