Our South West office will be closed for the Christmas break from 5:00 PM on Friday 19th December 2025 and will reopen at 9:00 AM on Monday 5th January 2026. The Region is excited to announce a new Development Programme for swimmers aged 14–16, delivered in association with AP Race. This programme was initially filled on a selection basis, but we are now pleased to offer limited additional spaces to other eligible swimmers within the Region.

SESW Young Volunteer Programme 2025-2026

The Region is launching its Young Volunteer Programme for 14–18 year olds (all disciplines). Running October 2025 – July 2026, it offers athletes the chance to complete 25 hours of volunteering through workshops, projects, and club/regional opportunities.
