Swim England South West is pleased to announce that bookings are now open for our Regional Para Training Sessions for the second half of 2026.

These sessions are designed to support para swimmers of all abilities, helping athletes develop their skills, build confidence and progress along the para swimming pathway in a supportive environment.

Running on Saturday 18th July at Plymouth Life Centre, from 2pm - 5pm
