The South West School of Swimming Development present their Annual Residential Course
Once again this year the South West School of Swimming Development are running their Annual Residential Course at Bryanston School in Dorset. This year the course will run from 12th to 18th August 2018 and is open to any swimmers hoping to improve their technique in swimming.
Course activities and opportunities will be:

| Specialist lectures in Psychology | Having fun |
| Contrasting activities inc. archery | Video analysis of technique |
| Viedo/film and TV | Nutrition |
| Making new friends | Swimmers lounge |
| Daily land training | Last night disco |
| Physiology | Cafe |
| Group lectures | Working Physically and Mentally hard |
| Squash, Tennis and Badminton |
