Nick Gillingham MBE Swim Stroke Master Class

Due to the overwhelming success of this years Swim Strokes Masterclasses with Nick Gillingham MBE we will be running more events in 2018.

Nick is a former World, European, and Commonwealth champion, double Olympic medallist and three time World Record Holder in the 200m breaststroke.

During this day of intense and exciting learning Nick will take you through all four competitive strokes including starts, turns, finishes and under-waters, concluding with three hours of practical.
