Swim England are Conducting Listening Research

Important update

As part of our pledge to create a better future for everyone in our sports, we have asked independent experts The Behavioural Architects to conduct comprehensive listening research, to hear the views of everyone in the aquatics community.

The Behavioural Architects are inviting you and all other coaches in the aquatics community to come forward to share views and experiences

What is the aim of the research?

The findings from the listening work will help Swim England take ‘proactive formative action’ to ensure there is a positive culture across its sports and that the highest standards of welfare and safeguarding are in place.

Please note that The Behavioural Architects will be conducting the research entirely independent of Swim England.
